Therapy isn’t just talking. It’s an act of resistance in how showing up for it means we want more for ourselves. To be able to think and behave in ways that enrich our lives, our communities, and our sense of purpose. Whatever you’re going through, you’re not going through it alone.
Let’s begin.
Not accepting new clients. Please check back in December 2026.

I’m also an interdisciplinary creative, committed observer, a Madisonian, the child of an immigrant, a multiracial and queer adult. My pronouns are they/them.
From community mental health (CMH) to private practice, I’ve worked in diverse settings supporting primarily culturally, racially, &/+ gender diverse clients in South Central Wisconsin.
My practice is founded on a goal to continue specific work wit seeking affirming care. From my time in CMH, my values and commitment to the community are unwavering: I vow to continue to keep my services accessible, accommodating, informed by relevant findings, and with cultural sensitivity and humility at the forefront.
In all of the roles that I inhabit, I am committed to the lifelong work of unlearning and undoing what I can that stems from patriarchy, White supremacy, and capitalism. I believe that my clients have a right to know my ethics and values, as those cannot be separated from our work. I invite prospective clients to ask questions that may enhance their comfort in attending services.
My practice focuses on providing care for individuals who have or are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, acute and chronic stress, systemic oppression, grief, loss, relational distress/conflict, and neurodivergence.
My approach to therapy honors your autonomy and safety. We’ll work together to establish a sense of security in the relationship and work collaboratively to determine your preferred ways to create change.
As a systemic therapist, I consider you among all of the systems you’re apart of. My therapeutic beliefs are rooted in feminism, restorative and non-disposability practices, harm reduction, and anti-punitive/anti-oppressive approaches.
My clients are interested in exploring possibilities for change in their worlds. While therapy cannot solve the external stressors that are ever present (e.g. political, racial, social, financial, environmental, and medical stress), it is my hope that our work helps us be better relational beings.
