Services & Fees

I am licensed in the state of Wisconsin. I provide in-person and virtual psychotherapy services for clients who are in and maintain residence in the state of Wisconsin. Sessions are 50 minutes unless we have agreed otherwise.

Session Rates:

  • Individual Session - $150

  • Couple / Relational Session - $175

Sliding scale slots are limited. Please let me know about your needs and we'll identify a plan. You can read about my approach to sliding scale here.

Services Offered:

  • Individual Therapy; adults 18+ and teens 15 to 17 years of age.

  • Couples Therapy / Relational Therapy; Significant relationships, romantic or platonic or familial, with two to three adults 18+.

  • Assessment and letter writing for gender affirming care; Completed collaboratively in 1 session. Follows WPATH Standards of Care. Sliding scale always available.

  • Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR); read about EMDR here and here. I am newly trained in EMDR. If interested, we can talk about how virtual EMDR works and what to expect.

  • Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS): Psychotherapy and ISDE Services.

Please note that clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service. Sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are subject to a fee of the total cost of the session.
